Additional information about rental rates

• Booking deposit - a 100 pounds non refundable booking deposit per week is required to secure the booking, balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. If departure is within 6 weeks then full payment is required at the time of booking along with the security deposit.
  
  Security deposit - a £100 damage/lost keys deposit is required along with the final balance payment,
  This will be returned / refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property by our management at the end of the rental.
  Cleaning charge - 75 euro to be paid on arrival.
  Meet & greet- on arrival at the house you will be greeted and keys provided. Guests must inform us of flight arrival and depart times so that we know what time to hand over and collect keys. Method of payment cheque Bank transfer.
